Thanks for your interest in River River, a literary journal from the heart of the Hudson Valley. We want your words and images! Send us your best, previously unpublished work. Due to an overwhelming response to our Issue 11 call for poetry, we are not taking poetry submissions for Issue 12. 

Our editors' work schedules have changed due to the pandemic, and unfortunately made it impossible for us to plan Issue 12 according to the usual schedule. 

Issue 12 will publish around the end of January, 2021, with Issue 12.5, an all-prose issue, to appear in the spring.
